• All members should be on their best behavior. Negative behavior such as rudeness, flaming or namecalling and racial slurs will not be tolerated. Picking fights and ridiculing other members is also not tolerated.
  
• All topics and posts should be kept to their proper forums.
  
• We do not condone or knowingly support products or items that have been acquired by illegal means. Posts or topics pertaining or looking for such will be removed.
  
• If you have a comment, suggestion or question on a specific board policy, it may be posted in the "Feedback" forum. Any disagreements on the matter of moderation must be addressed to the administrator via PM.
  
• New topics may not be "bumped" for twenty-four (24) hours.
  
• Topics for recruiting members or staff to a website are not allowed.
  
• Usernames that contain profanity or are in the form of a URL are not allowed.
  
• Topics and posts advertising a member's site or service are not allowed unless approved by INXS.
  
• All signatures and avatars should be kept to a reasonable size. Signatures should not be any larger than 500px by 200 px. Images that are animated are not allowed in signatures.
  
• Avatars should not include illegal, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content.
  
• If you find an inappropriate topic or reply, or a post that has been made in the wrong place, please use the "Report Post to Moderator" link to report it, with a detailed description of the problem.
  
• Members are allowed only 1 account, which means if you have family/friends/significant others who want to join and will be sharing your IP, please notify me via PM in advance for permission.
  
• Anyone caught cheating in the Arcade, or caught "harvesting game SWF's" will be banned from the site.
  
• New members are should introduce themselves in the Welcome & Introduction thread as their first post, and post how they found our site for their second post as per their welcome PM instructions.

While members are not allowed multiple accounts, family memberships may be allowed, provided permission is given in advance, otherwise they may be deleted without notice. PM INXS for permission.

• Any member may not share or use another member's account.
  
• Family members may all participate in the Battle Mod Game, provided they notify by PM, INXS and the Guild Manager (GM) of their Guild (if applicable) in advance of playing or joining a guild.
  
• Family members may not revive another family member.
  
• Family members may not transfer Gil or Potion Items to another family member.

• Before a new members can download any game, they must make their Welcome introduction post and their How you found this site post as per the welcome PM you receive when you join.
  
• The number of daily game downloads starts with 1 game per day for the "member" group.
  
• The number of daily game downloads depends on your user group.
  
• What user group you are in is based on your activity here on the site and we do not sell games, game packs or sell user groups classifications.
  
• Some user groups may be required to post daily in order to download games, this is subject to change at the discretion of staff.
  
• Members posting SPAM to gain post count will not only have their posts deleted, but their membership privledges disabled. SPAM includes the posting of Emoticons (smileys) only, or other useless nonsense posts (lol, lmao, funny, me too, etc.).
